How To Create A Dial-Up Connection
For Windows 3.1 & 3.11

1. From the Program Manager, slide your mouse pointer
over the "Microsoft Internet Explorer" program group (refer to image below) and
double-click with the left mouse button. The "Microsoft Internet Explorer"
window will appear.
2. Slide your mouse pointer over the "Get on the
Internet" icon inside the "Microsoft Internet Explorer" window (refer to
image below) and double-click with the left mouse button. This will launch Internet
Texoma's customized setup program.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Upon completion, a new icon will appear in the
"Microsoft Internet Explorer" window (refer to image below).
5. Congratulations, you have just created a dial-up connection! Note:
