How To Verify And Change Microsoft Internet Mail's Reply To Address.


1. From inside Internet Mail, slide your mouse pointer over "Mail" (Upper left hand corner, between "View" and "Help") and single click with the left mouse button. (A pop down menu will appear.)

2. Slide your mouse pointer over "Options..." and single click with the left mouse mouse button.
(The Options Window will appear.)

3. You should see seven (7) tabs at the top of the window. (Send, Read, Server, Fonts, Spelling, Signature and Connection)  Slide your mouse pointer over the "Server" tab and single click with the left mouse button. (The Server tab will move to the front.)

4. Slide your mouse pointer over the "Advanced Settings..." Button (Lower right hand corner, above "Cancel" and "Apply") and single click with the left mouse button. (The Mail Server Advanced Settings window will appear.)

5. Slide your mouse pointer over the "Reply To:" entry box (The white box area next to the word "Reply To:") and single click with the left mouse button. Type in your E-mail address. You may also leave this line blank if you desire. (Refer to the image above for guidance if necessary.)

6. Slide your mouse pointer over the “OK” button and single click with the left mouse button. (The Options Window will reappear.)

7. Slide your mouse pointer over the “Apply” button and single click with the left mouse button.8. Slide your mouse pointer over the “OK” button and single click with the left mouse button.

8. Your Microsoft Internet Mail Reply To entry is now set.
