How To Send Messages Without
Using The Outbox.
NOTE: The following "How To" instructions for Microsoft Internet Mail is
designed for Internet Mail and News Version 1.0. If you have an older version of
Internet Mail, these instructions may still be used for some guidance in checking your
settings.
1. From inside Internet Mail, slide your mouse pointer over
"Mail" (Upper left hand corner, between "View" and
"Help") and single click with the left mouse button. (A pop down menu
will appear.)
2. Slide your mouse pointer over "Options..."
and single click with the left mouse mouse button. (The Options Window will appear.)
3. Slide your mouse pointer over the "Check Box"
to the left of "Send messages immediately" and click with the left mouse
button until there is a check. (Refer to the image above for guidance if necessary.)
4. Slide your mouse pointer over the “Apply”
button and single click with the left mouse button.
5. Slide your mouse pointer over the "Ok"
button and single click with the left mouse button.
6. Your Microsoft Internet Mail is now set to send messages
immediately.
