How To Display And Send Full Headers
In Microsoft Internet Mail.


  1. From inside Internet mail, select the message you wish to see full headers (the SPAM e-mail) and single click with the right mouse button.
  2. Select "Properties" from the drop down menu.
  3. Select the "Details" tab at the top of the window.
  4. Single click on the "Message Source..." button at the bottom of the window.
  5. Highlight all text inside the window.
  6. Hold down the "Control" key on the keyboard and press the "C" key on the keyboard at the same time. (The highlighted text is now copied to the clipboard.)
  7. Close the window by clicking on the "X" in the top right corner.
  8. Click on the "Close" button at the bottom of the window.
  9. Open a new message and single click on the body area of the message.
  10. On the toolbar, single click on "Edit". (In-between "File" and "View".)
  11. Single click on "Paste". (The text is now pasted into the new message.)
  12. In the "To:" field, type the address you wish to send the headers to.
  13. Type a subject in the "Subject" field.
  14. Single click on the "Send" button on the toolbar.
  15. Single click on the "Send and Receive" button on the toolbar. (The message is now sent)
