How To Display And Send Full Headers
In Microsoft Outlook Express


  1. From inside Microsoft Outlook Express, select the message for which you wish to see full headers and single-click with the right mouse button.
  2. Select "Properties" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the "Details" tab at the top of the window.
  4. Single-click on the "Message Source..." button at the bottom of the window.
  5. Highlight all text inside the window.
  6. Hold down the "Control" key on the keyboard and press the "C" key on the keyboard at the same time. The highlighted text is now copied to the clipboard.
  7. Close the window by clicking on the "X" in the top right corner.
  8. Click on the "Close" button at the bottom of the window.
  9. Open a new message and single-click on the body area of the message.
  10. On the toolbar, single-click on "Edit" (in between "File" and "View").
  11. Single-click on "Paste". The text is now pasted into the new message.
  12. In the "To:" field, type the address to which you wish to send the headers.
  13. Type a subject in the "Subject" field.
  14. Single-click on the "Send" button on the toolbar.
  15. Single-click on the "Send and Receive" button on the toolbar. The message is now sent.
