How To Set Up Mail Filters
In Microsoft Outlook Express


  1. From inside Microsoft Outlook Express, click on Tools-->Message Rules-->Mail.
  2. Under the window labeled Select the Conditions for your rule, check the box labeled "Where the From line contains people."
  3. Under the window labeled Select the Actions for your rule, check the box labeled "Move it to the specified folder."
  4. Under the window labeled Rule Description, click on "contains people" then enter the email address you would like to block.
  5. Click Add, then click OK.
  6. Click "specified" then expand the folder list by clicking on the "+".
  7. Select "Deleted Items", then hit OK 
  8. Hit Ok on the Move window, then hit OK on the Messages Rules window.
