In Microsoft Outlook Express
- From inside Microsoft Outlook Express,
click on Tools-->Message Rules-->Mail.
- Under the window labeled Select the
Conditions for your rule, check the box labeled "Where the From line
contains people."
- Under the window labeled Select the
Actions for your rule, check the box labeled "Move it to the specified
folder."
- Under the window labeled Rule
Description, click on "contains people" then enter the email
address you would like to block.
- Click Add, then click OK.
- Click "specified" then
expand the folder list by clicking on the "+".
- Select "Deleted Items",
then hit OK
- Hit Ok on the Move window, then hit
OK on the Messages Rules window.
